Guest guest
Has anyone heard of extreme dental pain resulting from chemo drugs, and/or any of the leukemias? I learned -- profuse thanks to this group, NO thanks to my doc! -- that frequent outbreaks of shingles, thrush mouth and so on can come along with Gleevec. I get outbreaks in my mouth from time to time. My endodontist seemed to think that could trigger something called postherpetic neuralgia, which could include throbbing teeth. I never heard of any of it, but YOW are my teeth hurting. None of the teeth people think dental work would help! My extreme gratitude to anyone who can shed any light -- R.L. _________________________________________________________________ Exercise your brain!
