Guest guest
Debbie, you know I just thought of something. I got an injection of dye yesterday for the brain MRI. I wonder if that could have any effect? But, then again, it had only been 24 hours. It was really nice to hear the MRI was normal. I just knew everything was going to be great today was let down a bit. The Dr, I do not think he got that. I guess it really is not the big deal I was or am making of it is why. I know every one of our cases is different and in mine, he must be very comfortable with the direction things are going. I am still having as I call them, my afternoon, Gleev-aches. Sort of like a headache, accept, these really hurt. Then the joint pain. I really like and trust my Dr, but he wanted to discount it to the extra hard work I had done in the yard over the weekend. No way, this has been going on for weeks I tell him. Oh, well. He is a great Dr and CML specialist. Chris ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com. Guest guest
Hi Deb, thanks for your thoughts. I have started taking one new pill with the Gleevec, same reason, just easier. I am suffering from the memory loss issues and taking a pill is something I really have to work on as it is. I started taking Tompamax for my Gleev-Aches, as I was joking my headaches about 3 weeks ago. I into the 3 per day phase now. I just wonder if they are having an interaction? If my WBC is still elevated next visit I will talk to him about this. Thanks for your thoughts and experience, Chris ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
