Hi Amy,

It sounds like Hydrea is safe for the baby? and most of us have taken

hydrea backing the day before Gleevec so hopefully everything will be fine.

I would make sure they monitor your blood more often even a few times a week

if necessary especially if you're taking the hydrea. No need for your WBC's

to go too low either.
