Other than not being the slightest bit healthy or safe, your fat will begin storing MORE fat, thinking it needs to store it because obviously someone's on strike and it MUST protect the body from starvation! The *only* way to lose weight and keep it off is a well balanced diet (NOT a 'die-t' but consumption of the proper amounts of the proper food groups throughout the day!), some sort of exercise program, whether walking, biking, swimming, yoga, sex (yes, sex is very aerobic as well as erotic! lol), aerobics, etc., and KEEPING things that way! Starvation will only make you sick and lead to health problems. So eat *something* will ya?? Glad to hear you're hanging in there! Keep keeping!
