My first one took 36 hours with 20 of those being induced (meaning contrations less than 2 minutes apart for 20 hours) but my second one flew out after just 4 hours. The second one really wasn't difficult at all but 4 hours is still longer than the 30 seconds I felt uncomfortable during my BMB's.
