Though both Ambien and Lunesta are addictive, I have taken Lunesta

and like it. I don't recommend either, for long term use, as they are

supposed to be short-term solutions for sleep deprovation.

I have taken Melatonin and don't remember EVER reading it

shouldn't be taken by anyone who has leukemia.

Hi Kat,

The prescribing information for Lunesta says that it is specifically

designed for long term use and is not addictive unlike many other

sleep aids.

As for the leukemia and melatonin warning, it was on every single box
