Guest guest
Though both Ambien and Lunesta are addictive, I have taken Lunesta and like it. I don't recommend either, for long term use, as they are supposed to be short-term solutions for sleep deprovation. I have taken Melatonin and don't remember EVER reading it shouldn't be taken by anyone who has leukemia. Guest guest
Hi Kat, The prescribing information for Lunesta says that it is specifically designed for long term use and is not addictive unlike many other sleep aids. http://tinyurl.com/2hbamk As for the leukemia and melatonin warning, it was on every single box that I picked up at the drug store. You can also read about it here: http://www.melatonin.com/melatonin-faq.php http://tinyurl.com/25co7w Take care, Tracey > > Hi Everyone, > > > > I'm curious to know if any of you have tried anything to help you > sleep > > better and if yes, did it work? > > > > I've been sleep deprived pretty much ever since I can remember > (which > > I'm sure contributes to the fatigue and mental fog I have that I > > sometimes blame on Gleevec). > > > > I was ready to try Melatonin but then I read on the box that it > > shouldn't be taken by anyone who has leukemia.
