Guest guest
Hi -- What great news! I have spoken to Dr. Shah via email in regards to my husband and his CML. My husband had to stop Gleevec to start Sprycel due to liver intolerance. We went and saw Dr. Druker in Oregon 3 weeks ago...also very informative and impressive! We told Dr. Druker that we are thinking of moving to Northern Cal in the next coming months, and asked if he could recommend any CML specialist up there and of course he said Dr. Shah. We, too, have Kaiser...do you mind me asking where you live? We will be moving to Santa , and are hoping we find an onc up there we like (we love our onc down here in Southern Cal!), that can work with Dr. Shah the way you are suggesting... Thanks for any info! Guest guest
Hi ! I live in Sacramento with my wife and two growing daughters (19 and 21, shortly). We used to live in SF, which I found more to my liking temperature-wise, but my wife prefers the heat! My Kaiser onc is also in Sacramento. Sorry I don't have any information about the Santa area. But I have found that Kaiser is really responsive to major problems (like CML), and if you don't get an onc there you like, demand another. Guest guest
Thanks for the info, . Wow--Sacramento--yeah, I dont think I can handle the heat there, either! We, too, have been so incredibly happy with Kaiser. Our onc down here in SoCal is awesome, we hope to find one we love just as much in Santa ! Good luck to you, Dr. Shah is great... >From: " Israel " <peisrael@...> >Reply- > >Subject: Re: [ ] Dr. Neil Shah >Date: Thu, 16 Aug 2007 16:37:14 -0000 > >Hi ! > >I live in Sacramento with my wife and two growing daughters (19 and 21, >shortly).
