My son, , just started two weeks ago due to an increasing pcr. HOw is it working for you? Rosemary (from Salem) ________________ Hi Rosemary, Nice to hear from you. I think in late Sept. it will be 2 years for me...it does not seem possible actually. Times flies whether you have CML or not! When I started the Sprycel trial (coming off of 800mg Gleevec) I was 35% ph+...............my last bmb in April was 5% positive (so I am kind of a Sprycel turtle as well). My next bmb is in Sept.....if I become a zero it will be for the first time ever. All my blood counts are very stable. I think because had a good response to Gleevec, he will respond quicker also to Sprycel. How much did his pcr change? and is he under Dr. Druker or someone else?
