Political tactics

Commentary on tactics is not criticism it is merely commentary. Perhaps it is interpreted as criticism because the tactic used at the MLAC meeting was different than what I view as the manner in which the tactic should have been directed....start high ,exactly where you want and deserve to be, and grudgingly ,very grudgingly, work down from there ? If I remember correctly it is only because of the significant legislative movement last session that MLAC was even having this discussion, namely the WC study making it to the Governor's desk.

Perhaps the two parties would share exactly what tactic was used and how their points were presented ?
