MANAS BANGLA TI Project for Male to Male Sexual Health Promotion and

HIV Control Programme supported by WBSAPCS (under NACO) invites

applications for the following post in seven (07) Drop In Centres

(DICs) in West Bengal viz. at Kolkata, Baruipur, Bongaon, Srirampur,

Siliguri, Darjeeling, Burdwan

Post: Counsellor. No. of Post: 07

Requirements:

a) Minimum Graduate (preferably in Psychology, Sociology,

Anthropology, Social Work, Social Science, etc.)

Diploma or Certificate in Counselling Course

c) Experienced persons (male/female) with clear knowledge of

marginalised population like MSM, MSWs, PLWHAs, IDUs with special

emphasis on MSM (including all subgroups)

d) Good Communication Skill and Documentation Skill

e) Fluency in Bangla / Hindi / Urdu / Nepali according to local

needs and preferably English

f) Knowledge on HIV / AIDS

Salary: Rs.6500/- per month

Relaxations permissible for members of the target group with

considerable exposure to community related works.
