Guest guest
Hi, I am new to this group, I am having a hard time keeping up with all the emails, but they are interesting. I have partially vaccinated children, and am expecting another in March. Does anyone know where I can find a Dr. in my area who will not force me to vaccinate my baby? My older kids have been to a family doctor in my area, and I left the shot record blank on their chart. So far, the Dr. has not questioned me about it. But, this weekend, I had to take my 3yr. old to the ER after she put a bead up her nose! I was not prepared to be asked if her shots were up to date, and so hesitated and said, I am not sure (because she had them up to 2 I think?) but that she will not be having any more. The nurse said WHY? and I started to explain, then he said Religious reasons? And I said yes. I just hope it ends there. It is esp. difficult b/c my dh has not read the stuff I have read and doesn't see the harm in vaccines. Thanks for your encouragement. Guest guest
Dear Pam, It can be very difficult to find a doctor that is fully supportive of your right not to vaccinate. However, none can force you. Even my previously " mainstream " pediatrician (I had to educate HIM on breastfeeding benefits) was respectful of my choice to selectively vaccinate. We have switched peds. I'm not sure how my new on is about vaccination, but we plan on not vaccinating our 15 month old any further (she was fully vaxed through 6 months and selectively at 12 months). I also am expecting and plan to give our newborn no vaccinations. I can also totally understand about your husband not being in the boat with you. I try to inform and give my husband good information about why we should not vaccinate, but he's been thoroughly brainwashed. He tries to give the reasons to, which I usually discard, so he doesn't feel we can have a good conversation on this. We had the same problem with cloth diapers, only obviously not as big of a deal. On both cases, my view won out. I told him when he's done the research I have, we can re-discuss both options. But these topics don't interest him the way they do for me (not that he isn't interested in our daughter's health care, but feels things were done this way for us, they will be fine for her). He also thinks my decision not to vaccinate stems from my intense dislike and avoidance of doctors. I refuse to see one until I am so sick I can't get out of bed (then he drags me there). We do take nn to well baby check ups, and when she is sick, my DH has taken her to the doctor after I've delayed too long for his standards (which by then she's fine anyway). So all in all, I can understand. Good luck! Adrienne

Guest guest
Hello all, here I am with a progress report. I don't know if progress would be the right word... I've read all the articles about die-off and natural healing, but my situation just doesn't feel right. I have diarrhea after everything I eat now that I'm on the diet. I guess there are a few small improvements in some of the Candida aspects, like my dandruff has somewhat subsided, and hands aren't cold the whole day, but there are other symptoms that have gone up. They aren't what concerns me, it's more the diarrhea and losing a lot of weight. My energy has gone down considerably, and I seem to be demoralized all of the time, versus my normal optimistic nature. My diet consists of organic eggs, fatty meats, a few low-carb vegetables now and then, lemon and salt concoction, fish, organic butter, organic saurkraut, omega 3 supplement, asacol, Vitamin D3, and Enzymatic Therapy-Megazyme. One thing is that I think could be causing a causing a problem is palm oil, and not coconut oil. I can't make the translation because it's German. I was eating that extra, and I'm not sure if that was a good idea (it's characteristics are: it's white, formed in perfectly shaped white blocks and it has virtually no taste. I'm no longer eating it, or cooking with it, starting yesterday). A few questions: 1. Is coconut milk ok? 2. Has anyone else with IBS ever experienced the worst Diarrhea up to date? 3. It states somewhere in the articles that the largest organs are supposed to heal before the next important organs. Wouldn't the intestines come before the immune system? 4. Would ghee be suggested over normal butter? I can't tell anymore what's giving me the reactions. 5. Is Evian an OK water to drink? Best wishes, Gilfoy --------------------------------- 7 bucks a month. This is Huge Music Unlimited

The diet recommended will heal your intestines. You are missing vitamin A, calcium/magnesium and B complex. Is your omega 3 from fish oils. If it is from flax oil I suggest you change it. Has anyone else with IBS ever experienced the worst Diarrhea up to date? ==>Diarrhea is the body's way of eliminating toxins. It will run its course over time as you stick to the candida program (diet plus supplements). > > 3. It states somewhere in the articles that the largest organs are supposed to heal before the next important organs. Wouldn't the intestines come before the immune system? ==>Largest organs? I don't believe that is the wording. It is " you heal from the inside out and from the top down. " > > 4. Would ghee be suggested over normal butter? I can't tell anymore what's giving me the reactions. ==>Ghee is good for some people, rather than butter, because the proteins in butter can be difficult for some people to digest. > > 5. Is Evian an OK water to drink? ==>It seems to be okay. Bee
Guest guest
Hey Group: Absolutely. . .GF~~Tracey & my lil Bro~~Terry & my Hero~~Skip. . .I agree 100% with you guys. This Naturopathic healer reminds me of a Doctor. . .lost his OH/MI license years ago for writing excessive narcotic prescriptions, he's back in practice, and cannot write any prescriptions. However, he sponsored a seminar several years ago and told those in attendance that we acquired our bug from the bombing that was done from 1949-1953 above ground in CO. He said that " the radiation settled, the cows ate the grass; us bottle-fed baby's drank the milk; and we contracted CML " . His treatment was to give us mega doses of Vitamin C intravenously and 'CURE' our CML (hehehe). This treatment not being approved, wasn't covered by any insurance. He gave an example of a patient of his who later became unable to pay for the treatment and died. He couldn't, however; tell me why he hadn't continued to treat his patient who became unable to pay; free of charge, per his research purposes. The Hypocritical Oath ALL Doctors take (go figure). Has it became obsolete or has GREED made it obsolete? ? ? FYI~~my 2 cents only. . . " K " " K " " I AIN'T FINISHED YET " !!!
