Baby Update!

Hey everyone, here is my infrequent baby/cml Update! I am officially

on restricted activity, seems Brent Wesley, has decided he might try

for an early entrance. I might have to change his name to " RUSHING. "

Anyway per the ultrasounds he looks great, and he is growing right on

target. My WBC have been ok, they hover between 9-12, so this makes

me much more relaxed. They go up, they go down. Silly things. I

feel good, just ready to have him here but not so ready he needs to

come now. I still have 15 weeks to go, I'm hoping we can atleast

make to it 32 weeks. I've officially been off my Gleevec for 21

weeks now, that seems so scary, almost as scary as taking that very

first pill was. I must have held it in my hand for over an hour

contemplating all that it meant. Now I have them hidden in the

cabinet. Boy have we come a long way.

Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes! To all the new folks

out there don't give up, hang in there and welcome to the group with

some of the nicest folks you'll ever encounter. But beware, everyone

of us is sick <wink.>
