Food and other stuff inreracting with cml drugs

Following on the recent drug interaction thread I was wondering if we

should also worry about other things we ingest interacting with our

cml drug. I am looking for two kind of interactions :

- First, things that interact with the drug being efficient at killing our bug

- Second things that interact with side effects

I didn't find much beside herbal products, here a link I found pretty

exhaustive about things interacting with the CYP3A4 liver enzyme :
