Guest guest Posted September 16, 2007 Report Share Posted September 16, 2007 G'day everyone, I have been " lucky " enough to have just been dx with CML and start treatment with Glivec next week at 400mg a day. I have been lurking for a few weeks while waiting for my tests to come back - which incidentally I was provisionally dx on my 50th birthday! After doing lots of net searching I came across this group. I consider myself very fortunate that I live in Australia after reading some posts, as Glivec is on our national subsidised medications and all our hospital treatment is free.
