Ref: HIV test Before Marriage. (Arguments For & against)

I have been and I still approve premarital HIV testing, of course

after proper counselling and voluntarily. In our future conferences,

we can devote a whole session on this issue. Indeed, I am planning

to do so in our forthcoming International conference www.icopa-

india.org

We need cooperation from all concerned in this social issue without

making it a prestige-issue of social, human right or legality.
