Hi ,

I went through this very same thing. In fact the AM that I ended up in the

ER and got my CML diagnosis, I was to see a retinal specialist as I was

suffering from the same thing. I was referred by my regular eye Dr as he did

not

know what he was looking at. The ophthalmologist that took care of my in the

hospital said I was only weeks from blindness, had I not gotten help and

Gleevec. The Gleevec cleared things right up, in just weeks and my vision is

back 100%, to me, better than ever. Have faith in the Gleevec, I bet in a

month we hear great reports from you......

Same thing happened to me. This was how I was diagnosed. Took a month or two as

i recall, to heal (after commencing treatment for the CML which was the cause).

I'm sorry this has happened to you but it will get better.
