Next test 3 months. Also, I have experenced many side effects talked of here. One I have never heard talked of is I have to deal with sore throat looking back it seemed to start at the same time as Sprycel. Any body else? Guest guest Posted December 7, 2007 Report Share Posted December 7, 2007 Hi Jim, I've never heard anyone complain about a sore throat either...unless of course they were fighting a cold. I would suggest that you check with your doctor about this. I would tend to think though, that it has nothing to do with CML or the drugs we take for it. As you've probably heard us mention before, all the labs are different and report PCR numbers differently but a value of .0018 would be considered a 3 log reduction by most labs that I know so I would say that no, you shouldn't be at all concerned with this result.
