Gleevec Side Effects diminishing

Hi All,

I just had a quick question for all the experts here. My husband has

been on Gleevec 800 mgs for about 6 months. For one year prior to that

he was on 400mg. All during that time he has had diahhrea at least

once or twice a day. All of a sudden, that has stopped. Do you think

that means his response to the medicine will lessen? His PCR test in

December went from .001 to .007 but he had his blood drawn while he was

recovering from a nasty flu so we are going to have that redone next

week. Of course, your mind starts to wander. Anyway, just wondering

if anyone else has had their side effects go away.
