People who take part in trials are younger than those who don't

I don't know why I found this interesting but I did. It's an abstract

showing that people (in Germany) who participate in clinical trials for

CML, are typically younger patients. In fact, patients under the age

of 65 were 3.8 times more likely to participate in a clinical trial

than those were older than 65. Overall, people who participated in

clinical trials were 10.7 years younger than patients who didn't.
