Anyway I have to say to the people who are worrying about memory loss, I know what you mean. Have been there with the Interferon when I was on it and the worst occasion was when I left work, sat in my car and couldn't remember how to get home. Thanks heavens for cell phones and good friends. However on the Gleevac (since 2003) I have times when do struggle to remember what I'm saying, doing or someone's name, but I do wonder if this is a hang-over from the Interferon or in fact the CML. What I do find is that " muddled feeling " . To explain I do lots of scrap-booking,cardmaking etc and some days I'm " on fire " . The inspiration is there and I can create exactly what's on my mind and other days I sit in front of my supplies and just feel so confused and ideas come but by the time I pick up the paper it's gone and I'm depressed cos nothing will happen. I must say at the moment that has gone and my mind is buzzing with ideas and creating exactly what I want so maybe it passes or maybe if you can get really involved and focused on something it will keep it at bay.
