I read this and was astonished, but. . . there are exceptions such as in the

Phen-fen cases that were tried in Mississippi where some plaintiffs got up to

$10 Million. I think our Mass Tort Litigation in the Paxil cases is a little

different, at least I'm hoping so, as I know they have settled a few

individual plaintiffs for 6-figures.

Kim,

Maybe if you take Colby to a neuro in Nashville one time, you'll be able to

get another neuro who works closer to you see him for next year's check up.

At that time you could tell whoever you're trying to see that Colby is a

patient of the Nashville doctor, who obviously would not own your area.

Just a thought.

What do you consider south Kitsap?

Not a smart question, I really don't know.LOL

I live over in Jefferson county near Port Townsend.

There is a group West Sound Bandsters who meet on a monthly basis. They met

yesterday.But the announcement will appear here for the nest meeting about

a week before it occurs.
