Hi again Everyone,

Since a lot of people seem to be visiting today I thought this would be a good

time to tell you that bananas and tablets are not the only ways to get

potassium. Two others are orange juice and dark greens like spinach, collards,

mustard, turnip, etc. Probably dandelion greens, too. But especially spinach

and collards.

I don't like the viscosity of bananas although I do like banana nut bread,

banana ice cream and pudding and definitely banana cream pie. Don't think they

have much potassium, though!

Dear ,

I've always considered banana cream pie a " food group " , just like

meats, dairy, vegetable, etc. It's also " soul food " .

chocolate!
