Hello Everyone,

Since launching the survey on March 3rd, 2008 we have received many requests

from fellow CML patients from all across North America and Europe to ask if

they could participate in the survey.

We are pleased to announce that we have adjusted the survey program to allow

for participation from CML patients from around the globe.

As you can imagine this lends an exciting dynamic to the survey. We will be

able to review, compare and contrast feed-back from CML patients categorized

by their country of residence. However, please not that the survey is still

completely anonymous.

The survey takes a maximum of ten minutes but will provide important and

insightful information back to our treating physicians.

Please make time to stop by and fill out the survey, if you haven't done so

already. The link for the survey is on the CML Society website
