Guest guest
Dear All, The NACO roll out ARV therapy is almost two years, as off now, they are providing only the first line therapy of WHO approved for resource poor setting country. If one develop resistance `what will be his future' where will he/she go?? That is a millions questions one has to ask!! Its almost two years now the roll out of ARV still their is no Pediatrics formulation for children's one has to break adult dose in to two, even though the NACO ART roll out give priority to children's. In New Delhi RML ART Clinic alone more than 80 children's are on ART and they are breaking adult dose in to two, that mean there is high chances of overdose or resistance, I think NACP III should give priority to this issues if not the ART roll out program could be a disaster.
