Guest guest
Dear , There are several in this group who took Sprycel. I was taken off because of pleural and pericardial effusions. When you have fluid around your heart and lungs, it can be difficult to take a deep breath. I also had pneumonia. I could breathe in, but had a hard time exhaling. I called an ambulance because I knew they had oxygen on board. The doctor took took issue about me calling an ambulance. It wasn't him trying to breathe and I told him off. He didn't say any more after that. Because I am not a professional, I can't tell you that is your problem, but it is worth looking into. You are right, it is an easy drug to take, but you should be monitored very closely. Good luck, , Lottie
