Hi!

My friend gave me a whack of lemon balm and other than sleepy time tea I have no

idea what to do with it. Any ideas? Also, how long would i have to use 14Kg of

coconut oil before it becomes rancid. I am considering purchasing it from a food

supplier, but I am not sure. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in

advance.
