Guest guest
Dear Aliza, Your WBC is in normal range. Your platelets are a little low, but not to worry until they get to 50. YOur RBC looks like mine and I have been around a long time. Hgb may be a little low, but nothing to worry about. Hct could be a little higher. If mine got below 39 they would give me a Procrit shot but they can't do that anymore unless you go to a big research center. The good news is you are going to live, now go kick those immature cells in the butt like you want to do. I really don't feel any different without the Procrit. If your counts get too low, they will crash and you will need a transfusion. Boy, then you will have a lot of energy for a few days. I thought I was having a heart attack, the same kind of pain, but they said my counts had crashed and they held me over for 3 days for a single transfusion, it seems I didn't need any more after the first one. Must have been some rich blood. Someone in the family had to replace it. they were short of " O " , so my daughter in law went and donated it. Looks like you are good to go for a good, long time, just remain as happy and postive as you are now. You are a powerhouse, Lottie
