Along with rectal bleeding, I had daily nausea and vomiting, as well as serious bone pain and fatigue. I would also bleed from my nose at importune times. I have found that Tasigna has much less GI issues and all bleeding has stopped. That is not to say that it does not have side effects, because it certainly does.
