This just out of my new soapbook:

203 grams sodium hydroxide (thanks for the calculations of grams to

ounces, btw:)

1 pound 3 ounce distilled water

10 oun hemp seed oil

6 ounces olive oil

1 pound coconut oil

1 pound 3 ounces palm oil

25 grams grapefruit seed extract

7tsp e/o

Author says " It is an unstable oil, unfortunately only the strongest

synthetic preservatives seem to protect large quantities of hemp seed

oil, thus the doubling of gso.

" Though hemp seed oil can be a little stubborn about saponifying, it does

just fine in almost any formula. To ensure a hard bar, and to delay

rancidity, incorporate saturated fats and oils into a hemp seed oil

formula. "

Hope that helps. There's more on storage etc in this book.
