Hi Sue,

Welcome to the group.

Yes, many women have complained of period issues. Some have stopped

having their periods, some have started having very heavy periods,

some have started getting irregular periods, you name it, we've had

complaints about it.

I do know of one woman who had a hysterectomy because of it, most

others have just " dealt " with it.

I found in the first year my cycle went to 3 weeks instead of the

usual 4, then after about a year or 18 months, it regulated again.

Some cycles are heavier than others, there's no predicting what I'm

in for each month and I now get PMS which I never had in my life.

You don't mention your age but if you were long past menopause and

now you're suddenly bleeding again, I would suggest that you talk to

your doctor about it to make sure there isn't anything else going on.
