What a terrible obituary. You can tell that that family was really pretty

screwed up if thats all they can say about their son. Nothing about the

struggle with CFS, nothing about his personal characteristics. You wonder how a

very intelligent enthusiastic person came from a gene pool like that.

Well, we can do far better. As I said I'm going to put together some stuff on

including peoples thoughts on him and post it on the website.

I wonder if they believe now that we was actually really sick? I wonder what

regrets they have now?

Obit for the National Forum Journal , National CFIDS Association , Ma

L. Breckenridge, aged 23, of Baldwinsville NY, died Saturday

December 17, 2005

He was born in Syracuse, he received an Associate Degree in Information

Technology and Business, from and Stratton. He was survived by his

parents, Wayne and Sandy Breckenridge.

was an bright enthusiastic young man who sought a cure for his

debilitating CFIDS which robbed him of his career and social life. He was

referred to

me as a patient by the National CFIDS Association and we attempted to help

him. He saw us a short time before his death and he was enthused about new

research in CFIDS. To us, he was discrete about his home life. The idea that

CFIDS

was imaginary annoyed and all of us, it was not helpful in his life, in

fact it was intrusive in his progress. Those who persist in this notion should

ponder 's death.

I wish to dedicate the New York part of the CFIDS RNA genome research in

honor of L. Breckenridge.

Cort,

I agree, I wrote something up and sent to Sue who in turn is getting it to the

funeral home to hopefully be read tomorrow at his funeral. Feel free to post it

at your site if you want. I wanted people who come to his funeral to KNOW that

he was known and loved in our group and that he was sick and that we all

understood that. Here's the mssg.

OMG - what a terrible tragedy. My heart and thoughts go out to her family.

We ask WHY when we get cancer did it happen to us, but WHY did such a

terrible senseless act happen to a beautiful lady (both inner and outer)? I

hope the police find the perpetrator asap and I feel for the little boy who

found her, just shocking.

Regards,
