I am new to this group but have a question to ask of you all

(Western Australia)

Since being diagnosed with CML I have terrible periods

I actually had finished periods or so I thought and low and behold

they came back again like a teenager.

My last period - was very heavy and days of bleeding.

Ended up in hospital for another iron infusion as the hgb's were so

low. (90)

As the bloods have gone up - my heavy periods have lessened.

What is your experience (if any)

Did you have to have IUD's implanted

or

Were you recommended for a Hysterectomy - that would be terrible with

CML no doubt

or

Have you been presribed medication

Would love to hear -

Doing well with CML excluding the period bleeding and that is the

issue what will do me most harm no doubt
