Someone sent this to me, and I thought someone on the list might be interested.

I will stick to conventional medicine, but some people are interested in

alternative methods. If so, you might want to read. This is not an endorsement

for Carnivore by me, it is just information I am passing on.

I an back online again. My computer descended into the black abyss. I feel

left alone in the wilderness when I have no computer access. My nephew will be

back tomorrow to change some parts, so maybe I will get more speed out of this

old clunker. I've had it 4 years, and I suppose it has seen better day. To

everyone I owe an answer, I will try to get to you ASAP.

I know someone asked me about the formula for the Neti pot. I looked up the one

my doctor gave me. By the way, Zazzy is so right about using boiled water. I

have been neglectful. One ENT told me there are lots of little " things " in the

water that can cause sinus infections. Here's the recipe.

Small batch to make 1 quart = 2 tsp salt, 4 tsp vinegar

2 quarts = 4 tsp. salt, 8 tsp. vinegar

If you want to use a bulb syringe instead of a Neti pot, that is fine, too, but

buy a large ear syringe and keep it locked up safe so no one uses it for another

orifice. LOL. An individual 1 cup treatment would be 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 pint

warm water, 1 tsp.l vinegar.

Blessings, I missed you all,

Lottie
