Hi Sharon,

You're right that the PCR is the most sensitive test and pretty much

the way you want to be monitored regularly.

FISH tests can be done with peripheral blood (blood from your arm vein)

or from bone marrow but they aren't nearly as sensitive as PCR's.

PCR's typically have a sensitivity of 1 in 100,000 cells (a good PCR at

least) whereas a FISH test only looks at about 200 cells.
