You counts look good but you really need to be getting weekly blood counts.

How come you don't see your oncologist until May? That seems like an awful

long time. Am I correct that you are recently dx and not yet on Hydrea or

Gleevec? Just trying to get things straight (for me).

I hope you start feeling better soon. I am having one of those weeks of

feeling pretty yucky too. They tend to come and go and I am not sure what

triggers them. Maybe stress. I have 2 sick kids this week and haven't been

getting sleep that is uninterrupted. That is problem my reason this week.

I was dx at the end of 2006 i've been on gleevec 400mgs. since then

and have achieved molecular remmision 2 months ago I got bi weekly

blood tests the first 6 months and then once a month this is the

first time I go 4months without a blood test next month I hv one

she feels i'm doing well enough not to need one however if I don't

feel well she told me to call and she would have me get a blood test

this test was run by my primary dr. fri. as his ruetine every 3

months.I'm sorry your having a bad week 2 sick kids that has to be

stressful under the cicumstances try to take it easy if you can, i

think the crisis periods come and go I felt lousy last month my

breathing was scary to say the least , this week I fell well go

figure. I hope you are nurishing yourself well that makes all the

difference in the worls . Stay well and you're in my daily prayers tah
