Guest guest
Thank you all so much for your prayers! Kaitlyn had her MRI yesterday and afterwards we went to meet with her Neurosurgeon. He briefly went over the MRI and only remarked about some extra cerebral spinal fluid in the left portion of her brain. He was unsure if the extra fluid was due to the asymmetry of her skull. Otherwise he really wasn't sure what was going on. We are still waiting for the MRI to be read by the Radiologist and we will not have any conclusive answers until then. If the MRI is inconclusive then it is likely she will need a spinal tap to further evaluate why her optic nerves are elevated. I will share more information as it becomes available. Take Care & God Bless, Naomi ?? Forgive me, I forget the name, the little one who had the elevated retinas and was going to have an MRI on the 13th? Wasn't the mom ? Did it go well? I have been thinking/praying for your little one ~ Please let us know when you can ~~ blessings, Pam<><

Guest guest
Trudy,Are you on any other anti-d other than Elavil? 75mg of that is not a lot. I take 60 at night just for sleep and Fibro pain and that is definitely way less than the normal dosage for depression. Thinking you may need something in addition to that. I'm taking Celexa along with Elavil. Are you having a bad day? Maybe... is the Riba-depression to blame, too early for that I would think. Could you just be depressed? Hell yeah. Sweetie, I have so been where you are. I swear I spent 50 weeks having a pity party. And there is nothing nothing wrong with that considering the circumstances. Just in your head, you need to know that all of this is chemically induced. The only way to thwart these symptoms off is with fluids and food. I know, that's the last damn thing you want to hear right now. My Liver Doc reminded me today that the very best thing to help with all of the symptoms of Hep C treatment is... CHOCOLATE. Yep, that's what he said. We had this conversation this very morning. He said that chocolate helps during this treatment more than almost anything except water. So darlin, grab yourself a bag of Hershey's kisses and have at it. I know it's hard. I know you don't want to get out of bed... so don't. I know you want to cry.. cry. Do whatever your body is telling you to do right now. I still think, more than anything, you need sleep.Hang in there girlfriend. You can do this.Hugs,Teri From: "trudykinsey@..." <trudykinsey@...>Hcv < >Sent: Wed, September 29, 2010 2:38:09 PMSubject: [ ] ??
