Guest guest
My best free me time is whenever I have the house to myself. Doesn't matter mush what I do, as long as it's just me and my Angel dog. My best not-free me time is a massage. De Faith is the ability to not panic. -----Original Message-----From: Pat McBride [mailto:pmcbride1@...] Sent: Thursday, January 13, 2005 11:24 AMHepatitiscsupportGroupForDummies Subject: Me Time Like most of us I enjoy a relaxing Bath with aromatherapy salts, & good music while I soak...The Best relaxation for me is having a quiet house, just me and RubyDo and a good smoke, I love to read curled up on my bed if I can pay attention to the subject Im reading about...I also love to work in my yard when weather permits, this gets the itches outta my ass...when Im stressed all I have to do is work in the yard for a few hours and Im better. One of the Best me times is getting out of town for a while and away from everything and everyone, I always come back a happy camper..."How can I miss you if you wont go away!.".LOL...Love Ya'll Pat
Guest guest
Dear Lenda, I see myself over 25 years ago when both my parents became ill. I was not the only person taking care of them, but I was expected to talk to doctors, get sitters, take care of everything financial and at that time filling out all the insurance forms. When I have stress, it goes to my back or my joints. From experience, I can only tell you to try to find a little " me time " . Hire someone for a day to do what you do and give yourself a break. By the time my father died in July and my mother died in December, I was a real basket case. I had to work and had a little ADHD boy to run after. I ran non-stop, too, so I can sympathize with you. I hope your worst fears are not confirmed and you don't end up a casualty. Cheers, Lottie
