Lavender EO for psoriasis and eczema

Someone posted a while back that lavender EO should not be used for

either psoriasis or eczema, because the condition causes skin cells

to grow rampant, and lavender EO also stimulates cell growth, thus

exacerbating the problem. Can some one enlighten/elaborate? TIA.
