I really do commend anyone who works to raise money for awareness about cancer. It can happen to anyone. China, we all have the same doubts you are having now. You wonder if you did the right thing, and what is happening every time you feel a tingle or see something different. I never heard of anyone getting oral cancer with CML, but if you have any fears about it, see an oral surgeon and the only way you will find out for sure is to make an appointment ASAP. You will be around for a long, long time, your son will graduate and you will have grandchildren to worry about graduating. It is never a good time to have cancer, but because of all the advances made in CML therapies, we can all expect to live a longer life. Take heart, China, you will see many more leap years.
