Thank you, Carol.

One reason I joined is to learn more about homeopathy. My husband and I

have used a bit of it, and it has worked well. Mostly for pain relief.

I've been told that it can help my Oski recover from rabies vacinosis,

and I've tried Thuja. It does seem to help, but, naughty me, I keep

forgetting to give it to him on a regular basis. I spend way too much

time at my computer, so I need to set up my calendar for his pill schedule.

(Eugene, my hubby, is computer illiterate, and wants to keep it that way.)

Hi Judith! Thuja may not be the proper remedy for Oski. While it is a

common remedy for vaccinosis (or, at least, a commonly used one, in a purely

allopathic manner), it may not be the remedy which most closely fits Oski's

symptom picture, especially if you have to keep giving it. The proper

remedy will usually only need to be given once...not re-given on a regular

basis.

Using homeopathy in an acute manner (as you say you and your dh have been

using for pain relief, etc.) is relatively simple for a lay person to learn.

(And I do mean *relatively*!) For something as complicated as rabies

vaccinosis, you really need a good classical homeopath. It's not something

to try to cure on your own. 8-(

Unfortunately...
