Guest guest
http://www.fibromyalgiasupport.com/ The above link offers some good info about FMS. I used to get my malic acid supplements from them as well. One of the best things you can do for him, that I probably forgot to mention, is surround him with friends and family who are positive and understanding. Many FMS and CFS patients get depressed because the people around them do not believe they are really sick. My sister thought I was lazy until the doctor showed her my immune cells under a microscope (lucky me she worked at the lab there and understood what it meant). Please tell him he will get better. I still have flares now and then, but it is well controlled and easily dealt with. Janet From: health [mailto:health ] On Behalf Of Sharyn E. My 27yo son thinks he may have it…at the acupuncturist he had 14 of the 18 painful points, along with lifelong anxiety and depression. .._,___

Janet ~~~~Now, that's just the sad and sorry truth. I used to DRAG myself out of bed - slowly - and I always felt like I had been at the wrong end of a bar brawl. I just knew that if I got in the right light, everyone else could see the bruises... Not. And I took a lot of sidelong glances from friends and family who didn't want to come right out and tell me I was a hypochondriac. It's not a happy place to be, so, yeah, one of the first things you could do is tell your son you believe him when he says he doesn't feel good, or right. That's a good start to regaining his health right there. Ev

Guest guest
There is a post from Suzi about 6 months ago about magnesium. It refers to it as a possible help for CFS. I started taking it regularly and don't have to get up 3 times in the night to pee. Most people who have heart attacks are low on magnesium. Pretty good stuff - you might want to search the archives for her post. Gayla Always Enough RanchAcampo, Californiahttp://bouncinghoofs.com/alwaysenough.htmlaeranch@... Guest guest
Mssg 38887 has some of the info, but it is not the one I was thinking about. It mentioned women's urinary urgency, CFS and other conditions. Gayla Always Enough RanchAcampo, Californiahttp://bouncinghoofs.com/alwaysenough.htmlaeranch@...
