You are so right, Anne,

Each person has to find what is right for themselves. I posted the

question to find the "flavor" of this list on diet. So far they have

passed the test with flying colors.

My 2 cents worth here is to please be patient with each other (which everyone has been so far!). Whether you do or don't is a personal choice, not a world responsibility, IMHO. This list has both kinds of eaters - we are respectful of other's preferences.
