Guest guest
Judith, You didn't have to "test" the group... We don't kick someone out for their beliefs unless they are here to cause trouble... they should be here to learn and better their health. This group has a wide range of members.. from perfect to not perfect at all diets... but all are where they need to be in their lives...hopefully all are striving to improve their health. We can lead, but we can't make anyone drink.. We can tell you our beliefs, what we know to work etc... but ultimately, you have to make your own decisions and choices... You can accept or reject what we say.. .that is yours and everyones choice... To research and find the truth for yourself.... that is also your choice.... So far they have passed the test with flying colors.Judith Alta and OskiAnne Bird wrote: Well, what about grains? Except for sprouted grains, they are the most highly indigestible food on the planet. When I gave up grains, I lost 23 pounds in 26 days and felt a lot better. Many people on this list eat a grain based diet but I don't knock it. It is up to the individual to decide what is right for them and noone has the right to decide for anyone else or put down how they are eating. A lot of eating depends on body typing, etc. If someone has a health problem perhaps giving up meat would help or perhaps giving up grains would help? It is an individual choice. Guest guest
Suzi, Thanks for your comments. I did not think that I might be tossed from the list. Only that I might not want to stay. So far the list looks like a keeper. Though I don't know if I'll be able to keep up with so many messages a day. ;-) Judith Alta and Oski Suzanne wrote: Judith, You didn't have to "test" the group... Guest guest
I guess I really set fire to it! It's been great, and as I said earlier, the responses have told me its a keeper!
