Guest guest
Carol, I've heard that "Calcarea phosphorica" is a solution that can help in the treatment and rebalancing of abnormal bone formations that cause irritation to bunion sufferers. Never tried it though...cgiambri <cgiambri@...> wrote: I have one large hunk of a bump (my bunion). At least to me as it is getting very annoying to put my wide running shoe on. Mine was caused by growing up in tight shoes. My mother thought they were good, maybe at the price, but not by the wrong size shoes. Now I'm living proof they are more damage then I want to admit. All suggestions welcome.Anyone have bunion surgery? Is it outpatient? Has bunion grown back? Share what you know. Any natural suggestions? Right now I have excellent insurance so I do want to take care of this thing while the "good" stays around through end of Feb. Didn't want to wait till the last minute to correct either. Suzi List Owner health/ http://360./suziesgoats What is a weed? Guest guest
Suzi, Where do I buy Calcarea phosporica? Thanks. Visiting health food store probably later too. Today bone feels fine, but maybe these Nike are hard material, more like a leather or is leather perhaps, so it doesn't leave any real play that a Nike fabric would create in the toe area? Thanks for sharing. Tried calling Gloria today and yesterday and keep missing her. Treatments begin either today or tomorrow. hugs, carolg > I have one large hunk of a bump (my bunion). Guest guest
Carol, Calc Phos is a homeopathic remedy...a cell salt, I think. You can get it at Whole Foods if the HFS doesn't carry it. Sharyn P.S. Gloria starts radiation for her breast cancer tomorrow. Debra will be taking her. I'm glad the allopathic system got rid of the spinal tumor and her back can heal, but not so glad she's now firmly entrenched in said system! -----Original Message----- From: health [mailto:health ] On Behalf Of cgiambri Where do I buy Calcarea phosporica? Guest guest
Here is some good info on bunions Carol http://www.footphysicians.com/footankleinfo/bunions.htm I think it might help you understand what it is, why it is, and what can be done. I will say it is a mechanical problem, not internal. Guest guest
Janet, Thanks for link. I still think mine is attributed to small shoes my mother put on my feet for the right price: Symptoms Symptoms occur most often when wearing shoes that crowd the toes— shoes with a tight toe box or high heels. This may explain why women are more likely to have symptoms than men. In addition, spending long periods of time on your feet can aggravate the symptoms of bunions. === carol > > Here is some good info on bunions Carol > > > > http://www.footphysicians.com/footankleinfo/bunions.htm > > > > I think it might help you understand what it is, why it is, and what can be > done. Guest guest
Sharyn, Thanks. I'll read about the Calc Phos and do have lots of Whole Foods all around me. Would my bunion be considered a " bump " or bony growth? Found a link I need to spend more time with discussing bunions too: http://www.brighterdayfoods.com/PDFDocs/l/LR72WHCKJQ1V9LTGKT8CGWX7TM5 B1NP5.PDF hugs, carolg > > Carol, Calc Phos is a homeopathic remedy...a cell salt, I think. > > You can get it at Whole Foods if the HFS doesn't carry it. > > Sharyn > > P.S.
