Okay, without getting into a ginormous spit-spat over the individual

ingredients of one's diet (!!), I would like to hear what any of you

think of the correlation of health and spirit. Frame of mind.

Direction of one's journey. Howsomever you care to phrase it!

I know of some individuals who ~appear~ to eat in a reasonably

healthy fashion, who are nonetheless not in good health. I've known

folks who eat in a way I would NEVER choose to emulate (and not

because it's a vegetarian thing, either!) - preprocessed, fast

foods, garBAHJ, in other words, and yet they seem to be quite well

in themselves.

Given that under hypnosis a person can be touched by a lit cigarette

and NOT BURN, which on the face of it would seem to defy every

physical law about living in this plane we're aware of, isn't it

possible that health isn't ~completely~ dependent on how we fuel our

vehicles, but how we design the map?

" Where you're at " , i.e.

Are you happy? At peace with yourself, and therefore your

neighbors? Compassionate? Motivated to get back to Source?

Appreciating that EVERYTHING - rocks, blades of grass, that praying

mantis on my porch - ALL have the same amount of Spirit energy,

Godspark, Source, soul (whatever you want to call it) that ~you~

enjoy?

Isn't that maybe the more important focus in order to enjoy

bounding, singing, utterly vigorous good health?

Or is it all down to the fuel, since, after all, we ARE in a

physical body for this journey, and we can't continue here without

the vehicle?

Just wondering what you all think...
