Ah. Well, you gotta do what works for you, this is something we all know! Happens I have a big freezer from back when the kids were young and still living "at home" with us, and we bought beef by the side.

Now, most of what's in it is cat/dog food, but I don't have huge hunks o' carcass, either! I just - for the most part - buy what's on sale at the grocery store.

Shor would admire to get me some bufferlo, though!

Ev - I don't grind it, it comes already ground. And I don't have freezer/fridge space for whole hunks of dead carcass.
