today i made a smoothie with cranberries, celery, yogurt, whey

protein, apple, cinnamon, lemon, chia seed, stevia. it made 2 full

glasses, and more than i could drink. how long can i keep it so that

the enzymes are not lost?

I would drink the rest today sometime - do not store the juice for over 24 hours. If you can’t drink it immediately, put it into a glass jar (filled to the top) and put a lid on it to prevent oxidation.
