Shari, someone asked where in the bible it talked about no meat.. Ok gang let's get off the meat now... and go for something else... I think we all know alot more than we did (maybe).. and all need to do their own research as to what they want to do in regards to their journies to better health. I did not intend to hurt your feelings Shari, only to make you smile. I can not take things like

this too seriously, I have more pressing matters to worry about in my life.
