On Page 84 there is an article on vitamins and which ones to NOT take. Just one example: The article said that a study using 200mgs of Vitamin C did nothing to prevent or cure a cold, so don't waste your money by taking any. If they'd added another zero to the right of that amount they would probably have seen different results. Another example: They said that men who take more than one multiple vitamin a day have a greater risk of prostate problems. No mention of quantities in the pills. They did this on most of the vitamins mentioned. The entire article is one big pile of mis- or lack of information. And, worst of all they did not compare the " damages " done by vitamins to the real damages of prescription drugs.
