Indian HIV patients are waiting ARV treament

Dear all,

Indian HIV patients are waiting patiently, till now 9168 people are

on ART from 25 ART centre on govt rollout programs.

By 2010 Indian (NACO) is planning to treat 180,000 people on ARV while

the world is talking universal access to treatment. This mean that,

if the Indian govt achieved the target only 20% of those who needing

ARV are going to be on treatment, what will happen to 80% of those who

need ARV?
